Blockchain and Cryptocurrency

Our Service may include features related to blockchain technology and cryptocurrency, including but not limited to BNB Chain. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Blockchain transactions are irreversible and we cannot recover or assist in recovering cryptocurrency that has been sent to an incorrect address
• The value of cryptocurrency can be volatile, and we make no representations regarding the value or utility of any cryptocurrency
• You are solely responsible for securing your private keys and wallet credentials
• Blockchain networks may experience delays, congestion, or other technical issues that are beyond our control
• Regulatory changes may impact the availability or legality of cryptocurrency features in your jurisdiction

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by BLingo.

BLingo has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that BLingo shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall BLingo, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Governing Law
